Mount Olive Tamil Church is a Pentecostal congregation that began in May 2007 in Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin. During that time, the Lord granted a vision to Pastor Baskar, revealing a fertile field where he was planting seeds with care and dedication. As Pastor Baskar faithfully followed this vision, the Lord’s grace has continued to guide and lead our church, fulfilling His promise from that day until now.
With prayer and unwavering faith, Pastor Baskar began the first gathering with just three people. The vision of the ministry was met with great faith and determination. Today, the ministry is led by Pastor Baskar, who accepted God’s calling, committed his life to serving the Lord, and is dedicated to preparing others for His work. Pastor Baskar is married to Anitha Baskar, and together they have two children.
We believe there is one God eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, the holy Spirit.
Our church fosters an atmosphere of warmth and comfort, welcoming people from all professions and backgrounds. Since its inception, Mount Olive Tamil Church has served God in various ways, offering ministries such as Sunday School and Vacation Bible School.
